LYZER ROTATIONAL VISCOMETER : The Brookfield Dial reading viscometer is a rugged mechanically. Simple measurement instrument, its callibration spring is uneffected by long use or extreme environmental condition retaining its calibration indefinitely. Reading from the viscometer dial can be directly converted into centipose units (cp) no timing or involved calculations are required. Accurate reporducible viscosity determination with in 1.0% of the range in use can usually be made in less than 30 seconds.

LYZER DISSOLUTION RATE TEST EQUIPMENT : The apparatus consists of 4 parts. A water bath with 500 watt heater covered 100 ml vessel made from Borosil glass and an digital temperature control. Variable speed motor, with 30cms longs stainless steel shaft. A cylinderical stainless steel basket and a membrance fixing attachment, water bath is made of imprted thick Acrylic sheet with transparent cover at top. Temperature of the bath is maintained at 37°C with an accuracy of ±1°C.A cylinderical glass vessel of 1000ml capacity with slightly concave bottom has a flenged edge at the top of to accept a fitted cover having four holes. One hole placed in the an electronic speed regulating device that allows the speed to be varied from 25 to 250 R.P.M. The shaft is 6mm dia. 30 cms on with basket fitted at end rotates smoothly and without any percetible wobble. The basket consist of two parts one of which is attached to the shaft. It is of solid metal except for 2 removal of the lower part of the basket is fabricated of stainless steel mesh formed into cylinderical 3.6 cms x 2.5 cms dia. The equipment is workable on 220 volts 50 C/S A.C. (a) -do- same as above but Analog type single stage.

LYZER SIEVES SHAKERS : available in following types
a) ROTAP SIEVE SHAKER (ROTAP MOTORISE) : This is heavy machine driven by 1/4 H.P. motor. The circular end to end from motion to give by mechanism which is fully immersed in oil. The tapping motion is given by hammer from the top. The shaker takes 6" to 8" sieves. It is recommended for ISS or BSS test sieves.
b) SIEVE SHAKER : (Grytory Motorises) : This can accommodate upto 7 sieves of 6" to 8" dia and is driven by 1/4H.P. electric motor through reduction gear. Every part of the sieve is utilised by contact upward and downward movement. The whole gear mechanism runs in oil bath. Supplied without test sieves suitable for operation on 220V A.C.
c) SIEVE SHAKER (HAND OPERATED) : Can accommodate upto 7 sieves of 8" dia during a train or gears operated by a hand wheel. A heavy-fly wheel ensured smooth operation. Supplied without test sieves and lid receiver. |
